Day 4 - Monday – Delhi, India’s Capitol City. |

- Qutub Minar (Victory Tower)

Built in the 13th. Century it is 238 Feet high, the tallest brick Minaret in the world and an important example of ancient Indian Architecture.
- Presidential Palace

Formerly the Viceroy Palace, it is equivelant to the U.S. White House. The official residence of India's President and hosts all State functions for visiting dignitaries. Bigger than Versailles, it also has the great Mughal Gardens, with an awesome collection of Flowers, Plants, Manicured Lawns, Gazebos & Fountains.
- Mahatma Gandhi National Museum

Housing the Photos, Letters and Diaries of "Bapu Ji" as lovingly referred to, by the Millions who still adore the most famous spiritual leader of India, with no political aspirations. His non-violent philosophy and peaceful protests, eventually secured India's Independence.
- Humayun’s Tomb (Mughal Emperor)

A complex of original Mughal Architecture. A world Heritage site and the first example of such designs in India.

Day 5 - Tuesday - Old Delhi |


You will see Sacred Temples from the 12th through the 19th centuries.
- The Red Fort

A symbol of Colonial India. it was the palace of Emperor Shah Jahan. The Red color of the Fort articulated by Moasaic and unique fringes along the upper part of the walls, illustrate the advance designs used in India, centuries ago.
– Jama Masjid

Built in 1423 with yellow Sandstone, this ancient Mosque is a remarkable adaptation of Hindu & Jain Architecture, by the Moghuls. Its 260 Pillars and 15 Domes, around a huge courtyard can accomodate a large congregation.
- Birla Mandir

A modern Temple (finished in 1939 and opened by Mahatma Gandhi), it contains an excellant mix of Indian & Budhist mythology, with Frescos painted by famous Indian Artists. Its gardens and fountains providing a welcome respite in the hectic city.

Day 6 - Wednesday - Agra (2 Nights) |

You will marvel at the white marble Taj Mahal, one of the worlds most Architecturally fascinating structure, and one of the wonders of the world.
The Taj Mahal is a monument constructed between 1631 and 1653 by a workforce of more than twenty thousand. The Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan commissioned its construction as a mausoleum for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal.
The Taj (as it is often called) is generally considered the finest example of Mughal architecture. The Taj has achieved special note because of the romance of its inspiration. While the white marble Dome and the 4 Minarets are the most striking features, as you enter the gates of the Taj compound, it is actually a complex of various elements & designs.

Day 7 - Thursday - Agra |

A guided tour of the massive red sandstone Agra Fort. Learn more about the history dating back to 1643 when the Taj Mahal was completed.
The entire site is crescent shaped, with 69 feet high walls, surrounded by a moat, facing out towards the Yamuna River.
