Our group was very much impressed with your work ethics as you were available 24 hours a day to deal with any issue that arose and make sure that all our needs were met.

We all remember that you personally staffed the lobby desk with your employees during regular work hours, and had your cell phone available to us during all hours. You not only arranged for the group tours as planned, but took care of the individual needs of the attendees even when these were unrelated to the convention activities.
